ES84 PCB

Constructors should refer to the Component Overlays along with,
the Bill of Material 3.5mm 4mm for the current value of all components, and
the General Construction Notes for general PCB assembly guidelines.
  1. Assemble the 2x Jack Carrier boards
  2. Fit all components to their respective PCBs except for the Jack Carrier sub-assemblies
  3. Mount the sub-assemblies on to the ES84 PCB but do not solder
  4. Offer the ES84 PCB assembly up to the front panel and secure using the supplied nuts and washers
  5. Solder the sub-assemblies in to place
  6. Mount the Column 1 and Column 2 PCB assemblies and secure using the supplied nuts
  7. Fit the IDC cables between the ES84 and Column 1 & Column 2 boards
