1) Small

The external dimensions of this case are 405mm x 250mm x 95mm.

The internal dimensions are 387mm x 239mm x 52mm for the base section with the lid having a depth of 22mm. This internal width is after the lid stay and foam liner have been removed.

These dimensions allow for a 75HP 3U Lite Rack to be fitted (foam liner does not need to be removed). This will leave about 106mm of free space which could be used to store patch cables and a power supply. Alternatively 75HP 1U(*) rack could be added.

As this is quite a shallow case, it is recommended that a +/-12V supply be fitted in the free space. A narrow busboard coudl also be fitted here with the module cables run across the bottom of the case or alternately a flying busboard coudl be utlised.

2) Large

The external dimensions of this case are 450mm x 320mm x 145mm.

The internal dimensions are 446mm x 319mm x 90mm for the base section with the lid having a depth of 45mm. This internal width is after the lid stays and foam liner have been removed.

These dimensions allow for an 86HP 6U Lite Rack to be installed (foam liner does not need to be removed). This will leave about 53mm of free space which is just enough for an 86HP 1U(*) rack to be fitted.

The 90mm depth may be suitable for some installation to allow for a low-profile busboard to be mounted on the bottom of the case or if the 1U option is not taken, then a +/-12V supply and narrow busboard as described above, maximising the available module depth.
