Constructors should refer to the Component Overlays along with,
the Bill of Materials 3.5mm 4mm for the current value of all components, and
the General Construction Notes for general PCB assembly guidelines.

1. Fit all components to their respective PCBs with the exception of the LEDs
2. Populate the Front Panel with the LED Lens Mounts
3. Offer up the Column 3 PCB assembly to the Front Panel and secure using the supplied nuts
4. Mount the LEDs and solder in to place
5. remove the Column 3 PCB assembly
6. Offer up the Column 1 PCB assembly and secure using the supplied nuts
7. Mount the LEDs and solder in to place
8. Mount the remaining PCB assemblies and secure using the supplied nuts
