Constructors should refer to the Component Overlays along with,
the 3.5mm 4mm for the current value of all components, and
the General Construction Notes for general PCB assembly guidelines.
  1. Assemble the 6x Jack Carrier boards
  2. Fit all components except for the sub-assemblies
  3. Mount the sub-assemblies on to the PCB but do not solder
  4. Offer the PCB assembly up to the front panel and secure using the supplied nuts
  5. Solder all the Jack Carrier sub-assemblies in to place
