The balanced output jacks shouldl have their SLEEVE connection terminated to CHASSIS GROUND. If this is not available then you may wish to either connect direct to the 0V pad on the PCB or connect it indirectly to 0V through a 150R 1/2W resistor and 100nF capacitor (wired in parallel).
