If the keyboard coding is faulty then check the wiring at the LINK connection on the WASP PCB. Make sure there are no shorts and that the wiring is in the correct sequence.
If those checks do not show any issues then, using a scope or a multimeter, carefully monitor each of the pins. With no MIDI keys pressed, all pins should be LO. Press and hold a MIDI key and check the pins referring to the chart below.
