Inverter Adjustment
- Remove [JP301]
- Patch a 4.0VDC signal into [INVERTER
IN]
- Monitor [INVERTER OUT] with a
multimeter
- Adjust P302 for 4.0VDC to within less
than +/- 4mV
- Refit [JP301]
NB: The following procedures require a
dual-channel oscilloscope.
[IN 1] Adjust
- Monitor [IN 1] with one channel of
the scope
- Monitor [OUT] with the other scope

5VAC triangle to [IN 1]
- Set [XFADE] fully counter-clockwise
- Adjust P103 and P201 until the 2
signals match exactly -
- use P201 to adjust the vertical
offset, and
- use P103 to adjust the amplitude of
the signal at [OUT]
[IN 2] Adjust
- Monitor [IN 2] with one channel of
the scope
- Monitor [OUT] with the other scope
- Patch a 1kHz
5VAC triangle to [IN 2]
- Set [XFADE] fully clockwise
