The CGS504 is intended for connecting outside world equipment to your synth and so we recommend the use of 3.5mm or 1/4" jacks for J101 & J102. J102 should have a switching contact.

It is also strongly recommended that the wiring to the Lo-Z and Hi-Z jacks been done using screened cable and kept as short as possible.
