The Reference Unit uses the ADR510 to generate an accurate voltage reference that can be used when doing calibration that requires and accurate reference voltage.

A 6-position switch lets you select 0.00V, 1.00V, 2.00V, 3.00V, 4.00V and 5.00V while a toggle switch lets you define the polarity of the chosen voltage allowing you to select voltages from -5.00V through to +5.00V in 1.00V increments.Although designed as a utility board that would be used free-standing or mounted in a suitable enclosure, a 4HP front panel may be made available to allow the unit to be mounted in to a EuroRack system. The [OUT] voltage would then also be available through the internal CV line allowing the Reference Unit to be used as an octave transposer to VCO's and VCF's or any other module with access to the internal CV.
