Welcome to the official supplier of the ASM-1* pcb

The ASM-1* modular analog synthesiser by Gene Stopp.

* The ASM-1 is now superceded by the ASM-2

The ASM-1* is a DIY analog synthesiser created by Gene Stopp and was derived from
a number of Electronotes projects submitted by Terry Mikulic and Bernie Hitchins.
The ASM-1* design brings together the basic modules for a classically
configured synthesiser on a single pcb.
Although on a single pcb, each module is fully self-contained with only the power rails common to all modules. This allows the user the freedom to use the ASM-1* in any type of design desired,
from a small pre-patched unit to a fully modular system.

The following pages provide details of each of the various modules that constitute the ASM-1* and is intended to provide `complete' documentation for the ASM-1* including additional circuits such as a power supply. Although the design of the ASM-1* is intended to allow the user to configure each modules inputs to their own specific need, many users will, in fact find, that there are a common set of `basic' input options needed for most of the modules. In addition to covering the original ASM-1* design, we will also include `updates' to the various modules that define these `basic' configurations.
